FEES FOR PSYCHOLOGICAL SERVICES

Intake Visits:  $210.00 for 45 minutes

Therapy Visit:  $200.00 for 45 minutes

Consultation with other Care Team Members:  $66.00 for each 15 minutes

Telephone Consultations:  $66.00 for each 15 minutes

Special Reports, Letters, and Form Completion:  $66.00 for each 15 minutes

Evaluations (Cost of Testing and Report Writing Only):  $1700.00 to $2750.00

Total  approximate cost for Evaluation of Child ( 3 Initial Visits, 2 days of testing, Comprehensive Report with Recommendations for Medical/Psychological/and Educational Care, and 2 followup visits to review report and recommendations:   $3, 620.00

Total  approximate cost for Evaluation of Adult ( 2 Initial Visits, 2 days of testing, Comprehensive Report with Recommendations for Medical/Psychological/and Educational Care, and 2 followup visits to review report and recommendations:   $3, 410.00

Forensic Fees:  Obtain information from Office Manager, retainers are arranged based on type and complexity of evaluation, time preparing for and spent in depositions, consultation with attorneys, and/or for court appearances.
